Once we print and ship to you our photo prop, we typically assume that our product is on its way and will arrive to you in good condition. We have no control over the shipping process with the shipping solution providers that we choose. In addition, you are required through our design approval process to approve all designs before we print and ship your photo prop. So, with all of this said we do not offer refunds once a product has been officially approved and sent to our production team for printing. However, if you do decide that you would like a refund before your photo prop is approved for printing we will be happy to accomodate a refund.
All that said, if you feel like you didn’t get what was promised, we will do everything we can to make it right. We are nice folks and we also feel like it’s fairly reasonable for you to let us know within 7 Days of a purchase that you aren’t happy with what you purchased in order for us to provide any sort of refund.
A word about shipping. If for whatever reason your product does not reach you, then please let us know and we will work with you to track down your package from the shipping provider we used to ship your photo prop.
